Yve-Car Momperousse is CEO and co-founder of Kreyol Essence (KE), an agribusiness that creates natural and ethical personal care products from Haiti. The millennial started the international company in 2014 with her life and business partner, Stephane Jean Baptiste.

Monica R. Richardson is the Executive Editor of the Miami Herald and el Nuevo Herald, and Regional Florida Editor for McClatchy Newspapers, which includes the Bradenton Herald and Florida Keys News. In this role, Richardson leads these award-winning newsrooms and is focused on the audience and digital subscription growth and continuing the brands’ tradition in journalism with impact serving an ever-growing and increasingly diverse audience of readers, viewers, and listeners in South Florida.
